MileHiCon design is one of our latest jobs printing in October 2009.
This is a good example of a simulated process job using a black t-shirt.
Online design tools are great for very basic designs; however, there are
a lot of limitations in what you can design with that type of tool. When
you need a design that will sell in a retail environment or a design
that promotes your business in way that helps you stick out from your
competition, you don't need to settle for less. TshirtSpot LLC offers

Creating graphic design is the easier part of this project which does
require a talented graphic designer who understands screen printing. We
offer that to you here at TshirtSpot.
The more involved process is in the creation of quality separations
wherein colors are extracted and layers of channels are built; channels
are utilized and defined different colors in order to compile the
design. You must have an understanding of the necessary sequence of
color lay-down for the design you are working on because every design is
different. Once the design is separated, film is produced and screens
are shot. When all of the groundwork is completed, the screens are
loaded onto the press and the test print and adjustments begin. Once the
tweaking process is complete, it's ready for production. With a good
operator, the automatic press pictured above can produce approximately
800 shirts per hour on a simulated process job such as the one depicted.
